This privacy statement applies to the services and website of Pixxels, trading name of Up Top Solutions LTD. We respect the privacy of our website visitors and customers and ensure that the personal information you share with us is treated with care and security.

IP address (via security and Google Analytics, if applicable);

These data are stored in our website backend (Elementor submissions) and sent to bjorn@pixxels.nl.

We share your personal data with third parties only when necessary for the performance of our services or to comply with legal obligations.

Processors within the EU:

Moneybird (invoicing and administration).
>Data: name, address information, email address, company name, Chamber of Commerce number, VAT number.
Mailblue (for communication with existing customers)
Data: name, email, company name, website URL

Processors outside the EU:

Mailblue (email marketing, reseller of ActiveCampaign)
→ Data: name, email address, company name, website URL
→ Mailblue processes data through ActiveCampaign’s servers in the United States. This transfer outside the EU is subject to appropriate safeguards through the application of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) under the AVG.

All parties process data in accordance with the AVG. Where applicable, we have processor agreements or other legal safeguards in place.

Our website uses cookies. Upon your first visit to our site, we ask your permission via a cookie banner from CookieYes.
